2. Nervous System Regulation: Learn proper nervous system regulation to feel grounded, balance emotions, and break free from unhealthy patterns like people-pleasing.

3. Nutrition and Wellness: Learn about diet’s role in blood sugar regulation which affects your mood, focus and energy levels.

4. Self-Awareness and Assertiveness: Learn about self-connection, acceptance, honesty, and standing up for personal needs.
